- DonSTU render scientific-research services according to state license on constructing activity AB ¹ 326799 from 3 October 2007:
- engineering survey according to classes (for buildings and structures of I class, for buildings and structures of II and III classes);
- engineering-geological survey according to conditions (for areas without dangerous geological processes, for areas with dangerous geological processes, for areas with usual grounds, for areas with grounds, which have special features);
- design works (for new construction, reconstruction and extensive repairs; for usual conditions, for areas with raised seismic activity, for areas with difficult engineering-geological conditions (flashing ground, undermining areas, caving, sliding, rockslide, avalanches, underflooding));
- architectural and construction design;
- design of load-carrying structures according to the classes and construction conditions (for buildings and structures of I class, for buildings and structures of II and III classes, in usual conditions, in seismic conditions, in difficult engineering-geological conditions, except seismic);
- design of inner pipelines and networks, systems and structures;
- design of outer pipelines and networks, systems and structures;
- design of special parts of projects;
- technological design of objects.
- Propose services on development of business-plans in using of mine waters for supply the industrial enterprises, agricultural sector and population. (The preliminary calculations showed that the cost of 1m3 of service water produced by mines would not exceed 0,3-0,4 hryvnas, and the cost of drinking water - 0,7-0,8 hryvnas ).
Develop technical documents on:
- determining the plan volume of coal extraction with consideration of current limitations;
- estimation of innovative potential;
- substantiation the value of transaction charges;
- planning the volumes of coal finished commodity when changing its structure;
- planning the charges and cost price of 1 ton of finished commodity when changing its volumes and structure;
- planning the charges and cost price of 1 ton of finished commodity on factors;
- planning the volumes of coal extracting on its energy capacity.
- Develop technical documentation (drawings, technology) for accessories for unscrewing of rusty screws without their damage, and documentation on the elements, which prevents untwisting of screw joints subjected to dynamic loads. The accessories are now used at Alchevsk Iron-and-Steel Works.
- Propose technical documentation on manufacturing and installing the pulsators of air flow on regenerative heating wells. Heating of ingots by pulsating torch allows to decrease the waste of metal: for warm and hot fit up to 6.4-29.8%, for cold fit - up to 19.2-38.9%. Time for ingots’ heating is lowered up to 2-11% depending on temperature of fit; heating irregularity of kiln loading is decreased.
- Develop technical documentation or finished regulators for specified electromechanical systems for control of technological processes. The proposed regulators allow to provide given quality control indexes for technological processes at presence of linear and non-linear (including the extreme) objects taking into account the limitation of phase coordinates. Creating the regulators and technology of their turning is unified. Formation base for regulators are modern microprocessor controllers of Ukrainian and foreign manufacturers. Service life is determined with service life of microprocessor controller. Regulators are introduced at Alchevsk coke-chemical plant. It is possible to design and manufacture the regulators for control by technological objects according to technical requirements of the customer.
- It is proposed the technical method, which provides higher efficiency of fusing metal than at usual welding technology with electrodes as well as allows working at low current. In this case charges for polishing of welding joints are reduced; the cost of welding materials are less than the cost of the electrodes themselves. Technical solution allows to get the same effect on any thick-walled elements of metallurgical equipment, e.g. during the fusing of slab defects.
- Make an independent technical examination on electrical supply and electrical equipment of transmission facilities and transforming stations with voltage up to 35 kV according to state license ÀB ¹326799.
